This year's Reindeer Run will be on Friday, November 30, 2007. Registration will take place on the median of North Boulevard in between 4th and 5th Streets.
- Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
- The Jog begins at 7:00 p.m.
- The 5K race begins at 7:15 p.m.
- Post race food and festivities start at 7:30 p.m.
- Awards Ceremony begins at 8:15 p.m.
Online registration ends at 10:00 p.m. on November 28th.
This is a general idea of what the race route will be (click here). The start and finish points will vary to make the race a 5k.
The race begins near the corner of 4th and North Boulevard. We will run up North Blvd. toward the interstate to Maximillan St. Turn left on Maximillan and then take another left onto the other side of North Boulevard. From North Boulevard you will take a right onto 4th Street and you will run on 4th until you hit Spanish Town Road. Take a right on Spanish Town and then a left onto N. 5th Street. Follow N. 5th St. until you hit State Capitol Drive. State Capitol Drive will fork. Take the left hand side of the fork onto Capitol Access Road. You will follow Capitol Access Road past the Governor’s Mansion. Take a left onto W. Highway Drive and a course monitor will stand where the turnaround will occur. Follow the race course back to the corner of 4th Street and North Boulevard.

Cost:
$15.00 entry before race day; $20.00 on race day.
Entry fee includes a t-shirt and ditty bag
Family Plan: $12.00 a runner with a minimum of three runners from a family (can be a combination of Fun Run and 5K participants)
Early Packet Pickup:
Early Packet Pickup location will take place at the Charles Lamar YMCA in Downtown Baton Rouge on the corner of 3rd and North Street on November 29th from 11:00 to 6:30. Packet pickup will also take place on race day.
